Neill has over 30 years’ real-world experience working on major Capital Projects around the world. The expertise is now being applied to support asset owners in their journeys towards digitalization.
Neill has a growing interest in and knowledge of organisational change management, behavioural science and the cultural barriers to the adoption of innovative technologies and new ways of working. This knowledge is now being applied to assist clients on their digital transformation initiatives. I have been supporting COMIT in various guises on their 20 years journey and remain passionate about is mission and goals.

Steve has been involved with COMIT since 2005 and has held the position as Chair for the Construction members of COMIT since 2016. Steve has over 20 years of experience in providing IT services in the construction industry and he is currently the IT Site Services Manager for Wates Group, one of the leading privately-owned, construction, development and property services companies in the UK, he is responsible for ensuring project sites and offices have the right connectivity and IT services.
Steve is leading the COMIT25G project and is eager to explore how 5G can transform the construction industry. He is passionate about technology innovation in construction and how this can be to utilised to improve productivity on project sites.

Jordan Cannon serves as Pre-Sales Manager at lnEight, located in Amsterdam, Netherlands supporting the EMEA region. As an experienced construction professional for over 10 years, Jordan has been “boots on the ground” in industrial, power, oil and gas, and commercial building projects, serving in a variety of roles.
Jordan and his team leverage their industry experience to truly connect with customers and help guide them to making the right digitisation decisions. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in civil engineering from Clemson University.

Niftylift is a UK-based MEWP manufacturer and worldwide exporter. Tom has been with Niftylift since 2014 but learned his trade with the Royal Electrical Mechanical Engineers, where he served for nearly a decade.
Tom is focused on developing and promoting Niftylift' s latest environmentally conscious innovations and how they can assist businesses with their net-zero journeys.

Andy Low - Head of Research and Insights FC Laboratories Ltd
Has growing expertise in behavioural psychology, neuroscience, data analysis and data science. This knowledge is being applied daily in my current senior position at FCLabs. My business management skills are also back in play as we drive the business forward from early-stage development through to a global audience. Helping to set up a sustainability project which has evolved into a decarbonization/net zero project
Andy leads the COMIT2 Safety Project and has made this happen, week in week out, meeting for a brief session, he has made sure that the agenda is set and that we stick to it. Andy's enthusiasm is always available and is consistently suggesting what if scenarios and encouraging others to take – a - look at what and how the technology can improve safety at the work face.

Martin has been in the Oil & Gas Industry since mid eighties has E2E project experience. He has extensive experience of Greenfield Offshore Platforms,.,... Martin is passionate about making a difference by realising the benefits of technological advancement through innovation to help drive benefits in delivery with ultimate improvements in productivity and safety.
Martin has been an avid supporter of COMIT for around 10 years and has consistently helped COMIT and its wider community with shared ideas, wisdom and leadership by supporting COMITs work, including its projects. He is a strong advocate of collaboration to drive innovation for better outcomes, the very backbone of why COMIT exists.

Richard is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the AECO sector. He is a technology enthusiast and has been at the forefront of driving innovation and digital transformation in the industry.
He is convinced that AECO has not yet achieved the full potential of digital transformation. Still, he believes the industry is at a turning point and poised for significant technological change driven by a data-first approach, emerging technologies like AI, and a new generation of digital natives taking up leadership positions within the industry.

Holger has 25 years experience in developing scientific, technical, operational and policy solutions to geoscience issues at local, regional and national scales.
All of this requires a lot of energy on making geoscience data, information and knowledge available and accessible to improve planning and decision making particularly in the environmental, water resource, engineering and infrastructure sectors.

Jennifer has been working within the construction, infrastructure and mining industry to identify and implement technology focused solutions for over fifteen years. Providing a global view and in-depth understanding of these sectors, their technical challenges and focus on how they can be better optimised for output and sustainability new opportunities for innovation.
With a background as a mining industry analyst and latterly a consultant and product specialist at RPM Global, Jennifer joined MachineMax at its inception in 2018. Her role as Chief Growth Officer ensures she continues to play a pivotal role in the refinement of the companies offering for businesses while spending valuable time onsite with customers understanding the ever-changing requirements for technology and identifying.

Gavin has been working in the Industry 4.0 and industrial digitalisation space for over a decade. Currently he is focused on making sure that the research being done at the University of Sheffield’s Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC) is focused on meeting the present and future needs of UK manufacturers.
Incorporating technological areas like robotics, visualisation technologies, AI/ML, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and many others. However, the focus is not on the technology, it is what the technology can unlock for the manufacturing community.

The Special Technical Achievement Recognition (STAR) Award recognizes the personal contributions of COMIT members who have given immensely mostly of their own free time, and energy to support COMIT in achieving its aims and ambitions.
The STAR awards are presented this year to various members in recognition of their achievements and contributions to COMIT throughout the past 1- 3 years.
